Brookside is a master planned community developed by Baker Residential.  The community consists of 126 single family homes on 133 acres of pristine countryside in New England's distinguished community of Middlebury, Connecticut.

Brookside is located on Christian Road in Middlebury Connecticut.  Children attend Long Meadow Elementary School, Memorial Middle School, and Pomperaug High School in the Region 15 School District.

Homeowners pay a common fee of $85 per month for snow plowing, common area maintenance and common area reserves.

Homeowners maintain the inside, outside and lawns of their homes. They pay for all utilities and garbage collection.

Brookside is a Common Interest Community under Connecticut State Statutes and has a Homeowners Association and deed restrictions and covenants.  Brookside Sellers Must Provide a "Resale Package" to the Purchaser.
