2012 Meeting Schedule
Executive board meetings are now held the third Thursday of the month
in Room 7 at the Shepardson Community Center. The board members usually meet from
6:00 p.m. with a Homeowner Forum starting at 7:00 p.m. where all homeowners can attend.

Classic street signs, designed to match the appearance of the street
lamps, were a visible improvement made in 2009.
A four way stop
sign using the same design was added to the intersection of Brookside
Drive, Nantucket Way and Independence Circle. |

Homes with Gas Furnaces
CSST Alert: Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST)
has been found to be susceptible to damage from arcing by direct or nearby
lighting strikes. A lighting strike can create holes and/or cracks in the CSST, allowing gas leaks that can result in a fire and or explosion. Read warning.

Pickup day is Thursday except for the following holiday weeks when pickup is
Friday:
- New Years
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
