place to put notices, meeting minutes, and other documents for the
convenience of the Brookside Community.
The site is primarily sponsored by local businesses.
If you ever spot information on this site that is inaccurate please bring
it to my attention and I will correct it right away.
Important Note
This web site is not an official means of communicating association
meeting notices to the community. Such notices must be delivered in a form
specified by Sections 25 and 26 of the bylaws. The web site is intended to
only supplement the association legal notices and provide other helpful
information that you can obtain without mailing costs.
The official documents of the association are the Public Offering Statement (Declaration), Bylaws, and
Rules and Regulations that all homeowners received upon purchase of their unit. The legal procedures
and stipulations are written there and homeowners should read those documents
to understand their responsibilities. This web site can be considered a modern day
"newsletter", but does not
replace or supercede any of the legal documents.
